Requesting a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for your request

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.


Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Securely packed to prevent damage during return transit

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are not automatically covered.

In some cases (such as defective or incorrect items), we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

For all other returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.


Damaged or Defective Items

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.


Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or significantly delayed due to carrier issues, please contact us.

We will review the case and may offer a replacement shipment when appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
