At Bravvi Pets, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and exchange experience. Please review the policy below carefully.


Requesting a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for your request

Our support team will respond within 48 business hours with further instructions.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Securely packed to prevent damage during transit

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during delivery may not be accepted.


Free Returns

We offer free return shipping for all eligible items approved for return.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.


Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging

  • Customer-altered, damaged, or misused items are not eligible

  • Exchanges are available only for items that arrive defective or damaged

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address and you request re-shipment, additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Bravvi Pets is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.


Delivery Issues or Lost Packages

In the rare event of a package being lost in transit or affected by carrier-related delivery issues, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

A new delivery timeline will apply in such cases.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
